Review of Total Recall (1990) by Michael R — 15 Aug 2012
I honestly don't see what makes Total Recall such a science fiction masterpiece. It's a brilliant idea that is made out to be way too campy for it's own good and only serves as a detriment.
It's not a bad film by any means, in fact I do like it, the effects and models are excellent and I like bloating effect upon being on Mar's atmosphere; but there are better science fiction films out there.
I would recommend Verhoven's vastly superior Robocop to this.
