Review of Total Recall (1990) by Daniel B — 15 Aug 2012
One of the best from Schwarzenegger and Verhoeven. It works on so many levels...as a whacked out, bloody-as-hell Arnie flick, or as an elaborately crafted, cerebral sci-fi thriller. Did Quaid save the Martians, did he dream it all, or did he get lobotomized? Gotta love the fade-out at the end.
