The movie is quite dark -- visually speaking -- I recommend watching it at night instead of during the day like I did because it was too dark to see what was happening 3/4 of the time. it wasn't bad, though -- typical and predictable with an ornery kid that no one likes.
.. but I wish they had elaborated a bit more on why these psychos were living there and what their motives were.
