Toppers back for a third installment with new ghosts and new mystery to solve, this time Rochester (from Jack Benny) joins the crew. But still only Topper can see the ghosts, but Rochester catches a glimpse of what the ghosts are doing.
Topper fades from the silver screen down to the television screen in a weekly series.
