A fresh faced pink cheeks and pouty lips val kilmer. as if that's not a funny enough reason to watch. top secret is definitely one of those underrated and underseen spoofs. while my favourite parody is still robin hood: men in thights, top secret is still a whole lot of fun to watch.
intelligent in its stupidity, it's still as funny today as when I watched it more than ten years ago. that's a sign of a classic for sure.
