The laugh quota is low and val kilmer is miscast and frankly annoying. There are occasional laughs and a few inspired moments - the backwards scene playing like a red dwarf deleted scene, the undercover cow bit and the opening song - but not enough laughs make this a nearly laugh free commadee.
