It's hard to imagine anything more stupid than that. But, on the other hand, it's really hilarious!
With all the bizarre ideas the screenplay is made of and that are soooo silly, but which actually make you laugh 'intelligently' (sometimes), well, there's something in it. It's so ridiculous, that it's breaking all conventions ;).
Perhaps my all time favourite comedy. And it's worth noticing that Val Kilmer has not only talent for acting, but he's got also excellent vocals!
