Top Secret! is another win from the team who brought you Airplane! and Naked Gun. Some of the visual jokes (including a scene filmed in reverse and an underwater fight scene) are very creative while a couple are topical and lose their humor.
There are several funny cultural references including parodies of The Beach Boys, Goldfinger, The Blue Lagoon, Pac-Man, and The Wizard of Oz. Even though Top Secret! is not as zany as Airplane!, it's still very funny to watch.
