The Airplane! guys are certainly masters of clever sight gags, funny and surprising one liners, and unexpected irreverence of all sorts and this one does not disappoint. Really demands your attention; some of the jokes are so faint they'll sail right by.
Definitely worth repeated viewings if you like this sort of stuff. "I would like a schnauzer with my wienerschnitzel." "Die Sauerkraut ist in mein Lederhosen.".
