Review of Top Hat (1935) by Mandy D — 31 Aug 2007
With screen legends Astaire and Rogers together in their fourth fanciful outing, this frivolous, cotton-candy flavored musical lark never ceases to entertain. Probing the comic mishaps of the now criminally overused "mistaken identity" plot line, Astaire and Rogers are at the top of their game; funny, charming, and unsurprisingly light on their feet.
