Review of Top Gun (1986) by Kenny G — 10 Feb 2013
Top Gun isn't perfect. But it is the perfect popcorn movie. None of the performances are worthy of much. But the dogfighting sequences are worthy of everything this movie is about. Not to mention seeing it in 3D makes it the ideal way to see it.
And the IMAX sound is borderline legendary, Top Gun is a winner, even if its a cheesy winner.
