Review of Top Gun (1955) by Lasse L — 06 Jul 2014
Top Gun is one of my favourite movies that I had never watched. Now I savoured the new 3D version on my home sofa. Maverick's character was being built with great skill until the friend's death, but after that event the whole film took a turn to the worse and followed a more predictable (psychological) pattern.
The most important thing in this movie is, however, its style that is so 80s-bound, yet so ageless.
