Review of Tootsie (1982) by Anthony H — 18 Nov 2010
"Tootsie" is quite possibly the classiest and most dignified comedy to come out in the past 30 years. It is so smartly written and directed and the acting is superb. Even smaller aspects like the score and the tech serve the film well.
Despite some issues I have with the final minutes of the film, I think that the film is probably one of the best examples of comedic perfection.
