Review of Tooth and Nail (1977) by Anna R — 25 Mar 2009
I expected more from this one. I saw Michael Madsen and Vinnie Jones in the cast and thought this had the potential to be pretty awesome. Michael Madsen and Vinnie Jones were good in the scenes they were in, they just weren't in many.
The rest of the cast was pretty lousy including Rider Strong, Shawn from Boy Meets World. As much as I love him, he is not a good actor. And even Michael Kelly, who is so good in Dawn of the Dead and Changeling, just isn't given much to do.
The writing is atrocious and this movie is absolutuely mis-directed. This could have been good, but without good filmmakers you got nothing.
