Review of Toolbox Murders (2004) by Jacqueline D — 11 Jun 2006

I came across this movie on Scream while I was channel surfing a while back. I figured that it'd be a terrible, cheesy, low budget slasher flick - my preferred type of guilty pleasure movie. I left it on and was caught up in it immediately.

The death scenes are incredible and the gore is great. And believe me, there's plenty of it. What I like about this is the fact that it isn't just a deranged serial killer picking off the tenants of the building.

There's actually a pretty interesting story behind what's living within the building. All things considered, this a great, bloody, fun movie to watch. Hooper has done it again.
