"Too big to fail" is a thrilling cerebral movie which focuses more on the role of the government in trying to save the US economy during the last bailouts of 2008. William Hurt has played Henry Paulson with such a resolute, strong characterisation that I find admirable.
This movie gets a high rating more because of his performance.
