Review of Tomorrowland (2015) by Ken S — 16 Nov 2015

Sadly, Disney's Tomorrowland is a just a disappointing hodge podge of ideas and effects, that is kind of a stumble for director Brad Bird. A great director of animated films such as "Iron Giant" and "The Incredibles", he successfully transitioned to live action films with the fourth "Mission: Impossible" film.

..which ended up being the best entry in that series. But this is just a mess. It takes about 45 minutes before the plot actually gets going, and once it does it never really clicks and engages the audience.

Just misses the mark in so many ways, and feels like it needed a few more rewrites.
