Review of Tomorrowland (2015) by Moe M — 17 Dec 2015
This was such a good movie. Im a proponent of inventions and being inovative, so this movie really sat well with me. Spoiler alert.
A young boy who wanted to make a difference and inspire others by building a working jet pack and having them look up and believe that they could make a difference or be inspiring as well.
There were a few twist and turns and way more action that I would have expected from a Disney movie and they were still able to keep it clean, aside from the vaporizing plasma blasters. The humanoids came off as really ODD in their actions, overly smiling, smiling while talking. It was weird but it was humorous how it was portrayed.
The end of the movie was great. The young boy that turned out to be George Clooney's character was interesting. He and a group of individuals built a place in another dimension, which was basically the future, but was kickout for being able to predict the exact destruction of the world. Until he found a girl who had the slightest chance to change the future. Actually she found him....
Great movie for the family and I would definitely recommend it.
