"Red Dawn" meet "The Breakfast Club" set in Australia, but not in a good way. Apparently this is based on a popular Australian young adult book series, but this film was pretty terrible.
Slickly made, but just dumb. I suppose I should have expected this when it's written and directed by the same guy who wrote "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra" although he also wrote the excellent "Collateral".
