Review of Tomorrow, When the War Began (2010) by Sam R — 30 Dec 2010
Some years ago "Red Dawn" must have hooked up with "90201" and the result is this film. Some of the story could have been left on the cutting room floor (see trash truck chase) while ignoring other more interesting questions the characters faced on their way.
Yes, some of the dialogue seems forced and characters mature instantly instead of growing throughout the script, the movie never tries to hide what it really is nor does it need to. TWTWB is the best film you never heard of this year.
