Review of Tomorrow, When the War Began (2010) by Tilen ? — 27 Feb 2011
Being an Australian film, I didn't expect much, but it turned out ok. It's a teen film. Don't think it has a rich storyline or anything. Since this film is a part of is a trilogy, I would have hoped for a little more depth in a story. The acting wasn't that great, but on the other hand it wasn't that bad as well. As a teen film, this works fine. I wish they would put more effort in there relationships, but some things were just cut off at the end.
I know the story will continue in the next film, but it seemed to me that they wanted to show too much in the first one already.
If the film was ok, the ending was off. I mean, come on. This is not a film about Rambo. ;).
