Review of Tomorrow, When the War Began (2010) by Ashlee J — 18 May 2011

As a long-time fan of the Tomorrow series, I couldn't help being that annoying person who kept noticing the ways this film adaptation differs from the book. Some of these differences drove me crazy, especially the one that seemed kind of unnecessary.

But overall it's a decent adaptation, and it's a lot of fun to see the book translated to film. However, considering the amount of material they cut out and the fact that the movie is based on only the first of seven books, I think a TV series adaptation would have worked better.
