Review of Tomorrow, When the War Began (2010) by Zbigniew Z — 09 Dec 2011

Bearing in mind that this is pretty low budget, this was in my opinion a pretty good film. It has its flaws, the 'war' aspect doesn't really feel fleshed out a lot, the characters are just thrust into it really without a big explanation as to why its happening.

Before that though, it does have some humorous moments introducing the characters who in a way are totally cliched, but you get to like them. Has some cliched dialogue aswel, but taking into account, these are supposed to be teenagers.

Not action heavy but its not as disappointing as the low budget ''Monsters'' was and has characters you actually like. Worth a look, but I wouldn't own it, unless it was cheap...
