This was another one of the first movies I ever saw in theaters. I fell asleep. Years later, I went back and watched it again. It's kind of a joke. The plot I mean. It was kind of an embarassment after golden eye.
I mean. Some guy builds like, a spy boat to start a war between america and china so he can sell more papers. That's not a good reason to start a war between america and china. And that would have been totally inappropriate to do in 1997 anyway.
