A standard Bond effort with a standard lead villain with a standard evil plan, aided by a standard evil henchman. Teri Hatcher offers some interest as Bond's old flame, and the remote controlled BMW sequence is decent fun, but overall this is mostly forgettable, yet very watchable popcorn entertainment.
