Wow, I did not enjoy this at all. Another movie I've heard largely great things about, but just couldn't see the merit in. Kurt Russell was wearing eyeliner for God's sake! It seems to me this movie was made to capitalise on the early 1990s resurgence of western films, particularly 'Unforgiven,' and despite drawing from other material, the story was just one big cliché that didn't work.
