Review of Tomb Raider (2018) by Sparky M — 20 Mar 2018

Watched it a second time, and enjoyed it more. The sound throughout the film is well crafted. From the soundtrack that revs up your emotions at the suspense or the sounds within the film the characters hear and that are heightened so the audience is cued into what is important.

The archery she did as a kid was a cleverly placed flashback since she used it and it is a motif of the whole film. She could have so easily killed the bad guys by pushing them into the many chasms. Plot line was well organized.

Humorous throughout. I definitely want to box. and do a bike fox hunt. Incredulous that she escaped death by rocks at the end, but whatever. There will undoubtably be a second movie.
