A very boring first hour and a half, filled with uniteresting characters and senseless plot developments. The movie starts getting good at the final half hour, but by then is too late. Unfortunately, Lara Croft is not the feminist icon everybody wanted her to be.
Alicia Vikander does a fine job, but it is not one of the best female action characters by far.
