Review of Tomb Raider (2018) by Lauren B — 20 May 2018

The only redeeming quality for this film was its similarity to the original video game feel. Alicia Vikander's performance captured the real video game version of Lara Croft. The plot, however, was shallow and unconvincing.

While the puzzles and backstory seemed like just the kind of thing you would find in the game, its translation into a film was mediocre at best.
