A film that starts with good promise but flounders towards the end. Alicia Vikander is wonderful as Lara Croft and the first part develops her character well. Throughout there were many parts of the rest of the film however that left me bored.
Overall because of Vikander's performance and just enough sizzle, it gets a very mild recommendation, a low 6.
