This was a movie that took some endurance. The beginning was absolutely horrible-- virtually unwatchable. Then the second hour upgraded to simply bad. The story's actually kind of funny-- some scamp of an englishman just sleeps around for 2 hours or so.
But the editing in this movie is so bad. Editing is one of those things that you only notice if it's done poorly, and oh is it done poorly in this. Another weak Best Picture winner.
