What a waste of time. If they only filmed the last few minutes during the credits foreshadowing Rainbow 6, this would have been a much better film.
This has absolutely nothing to do with the novel. John Kelly is not even remotely close to the character Tom Clancy wrote. This has to be the biggest disappointment of any of Clancy's novels portrayed in film.
