Mutants with Venus Flytrap vaginas, acid spewing torsos and Dick Rifles terrorize Tokyo. It's up to one police officer in a school girl outfit to stop them.
Film is thin on plot, and all about the over the top set pieces. Many of which are funny. The blood literally rains down to a point where characters walk with umbrellas.
Definitely tell it's inspired by Paul Verhoeven's films with all the mock commercials and the vague Privatization of the Police idea, though unlike OCP it never goes into why.
3 stars based on its sheer insanity.
