Comes on a like a brash amalgamation of "eXistenZ", "Robocop" and "Tetsuo", but without the charm of any of them, this facile story of genetically enhanced supervillains being hunted down by a stoic, samurai-sword wielding cop, is garbage to be sure.
But the energetic dedication to dismemberment, bodily perversions and endless spraying blood is pretty hypnotic. Though noone is ever going to top "Braindead" in this field, so you have to wonder why they bother.
