This movie is brilliant. Kon is a talented directory, and even if it lacks the atmosphere of Perfect Blue and the deeper themes of Millenium Actress, Tokyo Godfathers is an astonishing film. Equal parts funny and depressing, the adventures these three have trying to bring a kid back to her parents are amazing.
