One character says, "This isn't an action movie." That's right. It's better than an action movie!
There are a few and unexpected action scenes, but they actually mean something.
Reminds me of the triplets of belleville and pulp fiction, oddly enough. It starts off slow, but everything foreshadows something, and everyone is looking for something. Great last act.
