If you are interested in learning about anorexia/bulimia. This movie does a good job of looking at a person's insight of someone suffering from this illness. I think the main character did a good job playing someone suffering from anorexia but I did not feel a real connection with her or any of the characters.
I think that a hallucination can in no way lead too the path of recovery and is immature and unrealistic.
