It gets TWO stars for effort... the acting is not great... it's a Christian film so be prepared to be preached upon. However, teen issues (I don't want to spoil it for you) are no laughing matter.
.. and its good to see that a film like this can make it to the mainstream theaters. Anyhow, I could not (in good conscious) give it more than four stars (and that's a lot)... If you are not completely against organized religion and you can look beyond that, then you'll enjoy the movie for what it has to say.
If you are a religious person, then you'll enjoy the film but beware of the bad acting. Not bad... for starters.
