My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed the movie. It amazes me how so many people and critics praise these dark, violent Hollywood films like The Dark Knight Rises, that do not do anything positive for the human spirit and then give bad reviews to a charming, interesting, very funny and fun film like To Rome with Love.
And the very interesting thing is ALL of my friends and acquaintances who have seen it loved it. It makes you belly laugh out loud and so what if at times it's predicable. Is anyone going to say that The Dark Knight Rises isn't predictable in parts also.
Anyways, give me Woody Allen ANY DAY to make me laugh and just feel like going out and eating Italian and drinking wine and making love over a dark, depressing movie that has nothing positive to say about humanity.
