Ugh. Were this To Any Other City, I would have thrown in the towel 20 minutes in. Each individual story has a glimmer of interest, but none could sustain a whole movie . . . and to my mind the stories didn't coalesce well enough .
. . or at all. Sloppy storytelling. But Roma! Breath-taking.
