Wow on the heels of one of my favorite Woody Allen Films (Midnight in Paris) comes one of my least favorite. This was several vignettes or story ideas all tied together by Rome and an italian traffic cop.
Confused? Yep. Woody had some great lines in here, but the movie was a hot italian mess.
