Review of To Kill a Mockingbird (1962) by John C P — 12 Feb 2012
What a brilliantly adapted movie from novel. it portrays a bad period in the good old days where bigotry and prejudice ran rampant. It is also a children's horror story. It is a piece that was brilliantly acted, directed, and photography stunningly. Of course I am talking about the anniversary edition that was just released. At the time this film was not rated but it was strongly advertised as not to be view by children.
in a word this belongs in your library right next to Gone with the Wind and the Wizard of Oz. it is a timeless piece and you will watch it again. It definitely fits into the genre of Classics.
