Review of To Kill a Mockingbird (1962) by Marvin T — 02 May 2011
Gregory Peck, with his deep voice and stony face, is certified B.A. as quiet rebel lawyer Atticus Finch. Nobody's gonna tell him what he can and can't do and he loses status and friendships in his attempt to defend a black man on trial for raping a white woman.
That kid, Scout, whose adult voice is the narrator for the story, is annoying as heck. Gosh I hated that stupid kid. I liked her older brother though.
