Review of To Kill a Mockingbird (1962) by Tor M — 29 Dec 2014
A great story with a lovely, classic score. It's exciting, fun and well acted - especially do the kids deliver. The child point of view is fantastic and rearly this works as great as it does here. The imagery is nice, the mood is great and it's on a role - I want to see more.
Then everything shifts. The point of view changes and a more serious film has begun. It's a trial going on, a rather interesting one. It slow's it down a bit, and it last for a bit long but I do enjoy it it's entire playtime. It also has a surprizingly tense last moments. It could have aged better, but it still works like a charm.
8 out of 10 Egyptian walks.
