Review of To Have and Have Not (1945) by Sam N — 14 May 2007
Ding, dong, here you have.
Time to relax................................O.
Humphrey does it again and goes straight to the top with his friend, love, wife Bacall. The plot seems to be the perfect excuse for Hawks to make a hit out of the novel (Hemingway). A dark straight line from the old times that is dificult to forget. Go for it.
For those who want to go back to the start and for those who don't understand everything came from the begining. Try it (if you can).
