Review of To Be Fat Like Me (2007) by Indike W — 20 Jul 2009
I caught this today on HBO and initial stayed on to watch it 'cos I think Cuoco is so damn gorgeous. And initially, though it seemed like one of those Disney movies or even those silly Lindsey Lohan movies (or worse, the Olsen Twins!), it kinda set the tone of something different.
. it had a decent message. She sets out to prove personality can outshine physical appearance, but fails in the process and shows how people tend to behave around someone with weight issues. I could honestly say that I've been through a bit of it when I was younger and it really isn't a pleasant feeling, so I can relate, but this is not that much of a great movie which holds a revelation of any sort, but definitely makes you wonder.
Did I mention that Cuoco is hot as hell!?
