Review of To All the Boys I've Loved Before (2018) by Ordinaryrainbow — 18 Aug 2018
This film does one thing that every Rom-com should, it makes me smile. It's the kind of film that you can bond with your friends over. It's beautiful, emotional and charming. I love the character of Lara Jean, shes just a very likeable and believable character, someone who I, as a 17-year-old teen can relate to on an emotional level.
I completely buy Peters and Lara Jeans relationship because unlike some movies like The Kissing Booth where the couple feels over-sexualized, in this movie they focus on their conversations and making a real connection over time.
I just really love this movie, its teen romance done well.
