MUCH better than the one with live actors in turtle costumes. MUCH. Not the best movie ever but not a bad watch. CGI is pretty good, the story is engaging enough, etc. Only down side: the way they have the shells/armor presented, when you see the turtles in waist-up midrange camera angles, it looks like they're wearing weird strapless dresses or something.
Bonus points for Patrick Stewart voiceover work. Damn I could listen to that man talk about ANYTHING.
