Review of TMNT (2007) by Riren — 27 Mar 2007
Another one of those movies that is only for fans of the series. It's no more mature or complex than any of the television shows, and even a little below the par of the first live action film. The fight scenes are quite fun and the old lightheartedness is still here, but the creature designs are unimaginative and the morals are retreaded for the hundredth time.
Very faithful to previous installments in any of the Turtles' non-comics incarnations, it's bound to entertain people who bring an emotional investment to the movie.
