Review of TMNT (2007) by Simons. — 24 Mar 2007
This was the perfect movie for 6 to 10 year old boys. It's being very unfairly reviewed! I also thought it was fantastically entertaining (and as a turtles fan from my youth was geeking out through most of the film).
My 6 year old son LOVED it. I can't begin to understand why the score is so low or critics are being so hard on it (it was 100 times better than Cars, the last Pixar film that my son slept through the first half and then asked to leave when he woke up).
It was action packed, fast paced, and (literally) the FIRST cartoon I have taken my son to in 2 years where he wasn't bored and asking to leave. I am really sad the reviews are so low, I think the people who made this movie (especially the animation) deserve a much higher score.
